What is NetDMR?

NetDMR is a Web-based tool that allows facilities to electronically sign and submit LPDES discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) to the LDEQ.

Who can use NetDMR?

NetDMR will be available to all permittees in Louisiana that are required to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports using a phased approach.  Currently the application is available to major and significant minor permits.  Other permittees interested in using NetDMR should email deqnetdmr@la.gov with permit numbers and contact information.  These permits will be added to a priority list and permittees contacted as NetDMR becomes available.

The following general permit types are unavailable for NetDMR:

LAG260000 - Oil & Gas Exploration Development and Production Facilities in Territorial Seas
LAG670000 - Hydrostatic Test Wastewater

Training will be provided by both LDEQ and EPA.  Please check the LDEQ NetDMR Training website for current information about training offered by LDEQ.  Information about EPA's scheduled training can be found at www.epa.gov/netdmr
