The chemical you have evaluated is exempt from the Accident Prevention Rule and you do not have to submit an RMP. However, should your use of the regulated chemical ever change to the point where it is no longer exempted, then you will be responsible for registering with Louisiana DEQ and submitting an RMP to EPA. Although you are exempt from the RMP rule, you may still be subject to the General Duty Clause.
