Do you have a question concerning the department but not sure who to call? DEQ’s Customer Service staff is here to help. We specialize in answering tough questions and finding the right contact person for you. If you are interested in public records, there are computer workstations available to search, retrieve, view and print records in one of DEQ’s Public Records Centers around the state. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

Making a Public Records Request
You may request DEQ records by completing our online public records request form. This form allows you to send your request directly to our Public Records staff and receive your records by mail, fax or in person.
You may also complete a paper records request form. Submit completed paper forms by mail, fax or in person.
