Louisiana Environmental Analytical Database Management System (LEADMS)
LDEQ is implementing the Louisiana Environmental Analytical Database Managment System (LEADMS) for managing remediation analytical data. Data and pdf reports can be submitted electronically to LDEQ. Below is a list of guidance doucment for creating and submitting Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD).
In order to become a data submitter a subscriber's aggreement must be completed and mailed to:

Once your Subscriber's Agreement is received and approved you will receive an email with your user account information and all information you will need to submit to LEADMS.
