(Updated 4/1/2011)
What is NetDMR?
NetDMR is a Web-based tool that allows facilities to electronically sign and submit LPDES discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) to the LDEQ.
Who can use NetDMR?
NetDMR will be available to all permittees in Louisiana that are required to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports using a phased approach. Currently the application is available to major and significant minor permits. Other permittees interested in using NetDMR should email deqnetdmr@la.gov with permit numbers and contact information. These permits will be added to a priority list and permittees contacted as NetDMR becomes available.
