The Water Permits Division within the Office of Environmental Services authorizes permits administered under the Water Quality Regulations.
In addition, the Water Permits Division facilitates Biosolids Management. LDEQ Responsibilities for Water Quality Certifications are conducted in conjunction with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
