**NEW** Emergency Debris Site (EDS) Request Form & SHPO Form - Revised 4/28/2023
Provides the most recent SHPO approved form with your EDS form for all existing pre-approved sites (a copy may be obtained from SHPO or from LDEQ EDMS).
The Debris management Plan has been revised to incorporate the amendment for staging of chipped vegetative debris and to clarify certain issues such as buffer zone requirements and co-located emergency debris sites.
Upon the declaration of an emergency by LDEQ, local governments and state agencies may "activate" a pre-approved emergency debris site by doing the following:
