Risk Evaluation / Corrective Action Program (RECAP)

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality's (DEQ's) Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action Program (RECAP) regulation has been promulgated and became final on October 20, 2003. This regulation establishes the Department's minimum remediation standards for present and past uncontrolled constituent releases.
