  XPLOR Energy SPV-1, Inc. (“XPLOR”), an Oklahoma corporation residing in Southlake, Texas, was charged today in a one-count bill of information with knowingly violating the Clean Water Act, Title 33, United States Code, Section 1319(c)(2)(A), in connection with their oil and gas production activities in the Breton Sound Area of the Gulf of Mexico, announced the United States Attorney’s Office.
