The Enforcement & Remediation Section is responsible for providing legal assistance to the Office of Environmental Compliance (OEC) and the Office of Environmental Assessment (OEA) in the review of enforcement and remediation matters, the preparation of settlements, and in reviewing draft regulations relative to compliance and remediation issues.
