Solid Waste Operator
The Application for Solid Waste Operator Certification is used when an individual is seeking to become an operator at a solid waste processing or disposal facility.

Generator of Industrial Solid Waste
This notification form is to be submitted to the LDEQ by any person whose act or process produces industrial solid waste as defined in LAC 33:VII.115.A.
Submit Notification
This notification should be submitted when requesting a Generator of Industrial Solid Waste number for the first time or to submit a subsequent notification.
Transporter of Solid Waste
Request a Solid Waste Transporter ID Number
This notification form is to be submitted to the LDEQ by any person who moves solid waste off-site to a non-processing transfer station or a collection, processing, or disposal facility as defined in LAC 33:VII.115.A (excluding individuals who transport their own residential waste to a collection facility, non-processing transfer station, or permitted processing facility and/or solid waste landfill).
Request Solid Waste Transporter ID or Subsequent Notification
This notification should be submitted when requesting a Solid Waste Transporter number for the first time or to submit a subsequent notification.

Closure Notification for Solid Waste Transporter
This notification form is used to notify the LDEQ that a person is no longer a transporter of solid waste as described in LAC 33:VII.115.A. By submitting this form to the LDEQ, the Solid Waste Transporter ID Number will be closed; you will no longer receive an invoice for Solid Waste Transporter fees.
Solid Waste Transporter Closure Notification
This notification should be submitted when notifying the LDEQ of Solid Waste Transporter Closure.
