The Regulation Development & General Law Section is responsible for providing legal assistance to the department in the rule-making process. It is also responsible for providing legal services to the Office of Management and Finance (OMF) in the areas of contracts, grants, collections, human resources, and public records. The section also handles confidentiality requests and RCRA state authorization for the department.
